Congratulations to Jennifer Bell, LPN, and Lindsey Rountree, RN, on being honored with 2025 Nightingale Unit Awards as part of this year’s Nurses Week celebrations!
The UF Health Physician Nightingale Awards are given to RNs and facilitators who best exemplify workplace excellence. Awardees are chosen by their peers, and standards are based on the American Nurses Association Professional Performance Standards.
Bell’s nominations praise her teamwork, communication resourcefulness, and dedication to her patients. Rountree’s nominations call her one of the most hardworking individuals in the department and praise her extensive accomplishments in her time with us.
This is the fourth year in a row that health care professionals from the Department of Urology have been chosen for this prestigious award.
