I am extremely excited to share the fantastic news that the Vice Chair of my department, Paul Crispen MD, was formally named the Surgical Director of UF Health Operating Rooms.
This is an outstanding tribute and acknowledgement to Dr. Crispen who has demonstrated extraordinary collegiality, diplomacy, and skill in working alongside both departmental and institutional leaders, always taking a thoughtful, data-driven approach to each assigned task.
As a chair, I could not be more proud to see one of my faculty members ascend to such a important leadership role for the college and health care institution.
